Registration Instructions

Program Registration Dates

Fall & Spring

Registration for the outdoor programs opens in June for the upcoming Fall/Spring season, with early-bird discounts available in June and July.  Registration re-opens in March for Spring-only players.  Enrollment in the U5-14 team program includes 8 weeks in fall plus 8 weeks in spring and is not pro-rated — pricing is the same for Fall-only, Spring-only, and Fall+Spring players.
The AYSO Playground and Teen Scrimmage programs are seasonal with separate registrations in the fall and spring.

Winter Indoor

Registration for the Winter Indoor program opens in November, with early-bird pricing available thru November 30.  The program runs for 8 Saturdays in January and February.

Summer Camps

Registration for summer camps is handled by each camp provider.  Visit the Summer Camp page for more information.

New Player Clinics

New Player Clinics are held in Jackson Park ahead of the fall and spring seasons and offer a chance to learn more about AYSO’s program and play a little soccer!  Dates will be posted on the Events page.  There is no fee to participate, but families should select a date and sign up in advance.

There are no new player clinics for the Winter Indoor or Summer Camp programs.

Registration Tips

Your account can work for the whole family – other individuals (players, volunteers) can be added as needed. Volunteers in the same family who sign up to coach or referee will then create their own log-in credentials, linked to the family account, in order to access the training materials under their own names.

New Players

Families new to AYSO will create a new account. The first registration will take a few minutes, but once it is done you will be set for next time.

1. Follow the prompts to create an account with a user ID, an email address (one you check often) and a password.
2. Complete the family and player information.
3. Select the program.
4. Be sure to select a way you will volunteer (either a child-specific role like coach or a general role helping out in the league).
5. Don’t forget to e-sign the registration form and waivers.
6. Pay online by credit card (NOTE: in-person payment by check/cash/MO is not the preferred method and requires special arrangements).

Returning Players

1. Log in to your account.
2. Select the child’s name and the relevant program.
3. Make any updates and choose your volunteer options.
4. E-sign the registration form and waivers and complete payment online.

Volunteers

The volunteer application is wrapped into player registration. Be ready with info from your ID. It’s fairly quick and the extra steps keep our kids safe!
