When Do We Cancel Soccer Matches?
In general, we play rain or shine, except when thunder and lightening are present, or if the field conditions are poor due to heavy rains.
In the event that a game is cancelled, all games that follow it that day are also cancelled. Make-up games may be added to the schedule at the end of the season.
When a game is cancelled you will see a scrolling banner announcing it across the top of our home page. An email will also be sent to currently registered families announcing the cancellation. Be sure to check your email and the website before going to the game. The weather at the field could be very different than that outside your window.
Practice cancellations are up to the team coach. He or she will communicate decisions to the team.
